If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notice. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract only after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with the beginning of contract fulfillment by us. Cancellation Policy for Trainings and Events

Changes to the Event Program / Event Cancellation

Due to long-term planning, organizational changes to the program may occur. The realization of an event also depends on a minimum number of participants. Therefore, LebensForm reserves the right to make changes to course days, start times, dates, venues, consultation appointments, trainers, as well as possible cancellations of events (consultations).

Participants will be informed in a timely and appropriate manner. In the event that an event (consultation) is canceled due to illness of the trainer or other unforeseen circumstances, there is no entitlement to the execution of (parts of) the event or consultation. No compensation for incurred expenses or other claims against LebensForm can be derived from this. The same applies to necessary short-term rescheduling or changes to the schedule.

If an event must be canceled, already paid event fees will be refunded without deductions. The refund will be made by bank transfer to an account provided in writing by the participant.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations of booked events can only be accepted in writing (including by email) or in person. The cancellation becomes effective on the day it is received by LebensForm. The following cancellation conditions generally apply:
