Available Payment Methods:

We offer you the following payment methods. Simply choose the one that works best for you. The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices, including all price components and applicable taxes such as VAT. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., in the case of intra-community acquisitions) and/or duties (e.g., customs) may be incurred, which you must pay to the relevant customs or tax authorities, but not to the seller. Delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they can be accessed via the “Shipping Costs” page, are displayed separately during the ordering process, and must be paid by you in addition.

PayPal

Security is a top priority with PayPal. PayPal encrypts your data, keeping your account information private. You pay online using only your PayPal password and don’t need to re-enter your financial data for every purchase. If you choose this payment method, you’ll be redirected to PayPal. If you’re new to PayPal, you can create a free account and link your credit card or bank details. If you already have a PayPal account, you can simply pay as usual using your email and password. You’ll receive an order confirmation, and PayPal payment is free in our online shop. If products are returned, the outstanding amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. Credit Card

Secure payment processing with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express through the payment provider Stripe. This allows you to pay quickly and securely in our online shop. You’ll receive a transaction confirmation within a very short time. To pay by credit card, simply select this option during the online order process. With MasterCard and Visa, you’re on the safe side. Advanced encryption technology such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and the 3D Secure process offers maximum security for online payments. Prepayment

Transfer the payment directly to our bank account. With the prepayment method, you have one week from the receipt of the order confirmation to make the payment. Please use the invoice number as the reference. Your order will only be shipped after the payment is received in our account at Allgemeine Sparkasse Oberösterreich Bank AG, IBAN: AT08 2032 0321 0044 2163 – BIC: ASPKAT2LXXX.

SEPA Direct Debit – Bank Withdrawal

By providing your IBAN and confirming this order, you authorize the LebensForm Online Shop and our payment service provider Stripe to send an instruction to your bank to debit your account. You have the right to request a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with them. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks from the date your account was debited.

Sofortüberweisung

With Sofortüberweisung, you can complete your transaction immediately without registration. For the transaction, you’ll need your bank details, user number, and either a PIN, TAN, or confirmation via an app from your banking institution. Sofortüberweisung is a TÜV-certified payment service by Payment Network AG. More information can be found here: sofortueberweisung.de.

EPS

EPS (Electronic Payment Standard) is an online payment method widely used in Austria. It allows customers to pay directly from their bank account without needing to provide credit card details or personal information. EPS is secure and reliable, as it establishes an encrypted connection between the customer and their bank. Giropay

Giropay is an online payment method widely used in Germany. It enables customers to make secure online purchases by paying directly from their bank account.
